Photos of the Singapore Flyer from Flickr
If you think that London holds the monopoly on over-sized ferris wheels, then you’d be wrong. The Singapore Flyer is the tallest of its ilk in the world and, after rolling to the top of this impressive construct, you are granted a stunning view that encompasses the China Sea and the neighbouring countries of Malaysia and Indonesia. Please note, that a law was passed shortly after the opening of the wheel banning British visitors from loudly proclaiming “I can see your house from here” when at the apex of the Flyer.
The Flyer is one of the newest attractions in the popular destination of Singapore and definitely worth an over-awed stare if you’re in the neighbourhood. Have a thumb through this selection of Flickr galleries showing the Flyer in all its glory…
